About ME

Hi! My name is Mark Perry, and I am an automotive matchmaker. I help people find their perfect vehicle...whether new or used, in whatever model, style, color, and trim you love, and at the price and payment that works best.

Purchasing a vehicle should be a GREAT experience, but often it is stressful and unpleasant. I know from personal experience! I've not only helped people purchase vehicles, but I've also gone through the purchase process many times myself as a customer. So much of our experience depends on who we choose to help us buy our next dream rideI would like to be that person. I love helping people buy vehicles! Life is too short to waste your time and energy at the wrong dealership and with the wrong person who may not put customers first.

I can help customers anywhere in the U.S. where we ship, but my sweet spot is helping folks who live in the North Carolina 'Triangle' area--Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Morrisville, Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, Wake Forest, Knightdale, Wendell, Garner, and all surrounding communities and rural areas within driving distance. I am centrally located in the Raleigh area near RDU airport, just south of Brier Creek, at one of the most professional, ethical, and well-stocked dealerships anywhere.

Do you charge extra for this service?
There is NO CHARGE to the customer, and this does not add anything to the final customer price. Great service...free!

Aren't you just another salesman?
There is a huge difference between what I do v. what most sales people do at dealerships. I don't actually 'sell' anything to anybody. Instead, I help people make sure they are solid on what they want, and then I help them get exactly what they want.

What are other differences between what you do v. typical sales people?
First, I take time to get to know my customers and to find out what they want. I start each customer relationship with a clean slate--no sales quotas, no 'special' vehicle that I secretly want them to buy. Instead, I am tuning in and listening to what my customers actually want. Then I help them get the vehicle they want. So simple!

What if I come in but don't end up buying a vehicle from you. Will you try to make me feel bad or 'hound' me with endless calls?
The answer is 'no' and 'no.' We don't make anybody feel bad, and we don't hound anyone with calls. Looking and test-driving vehicles should be pain-free.
